We are normally open from end March to end October.
Prices for booking direct:
Low season - €85 per night
High season - (June, July, August, September) €105 per night
In the summer this includes the pool and in the cooler periods this includes electricity, heating and logs for the wood burning stove.
This includes linen; cleaning is included, though we do ask that you leave the house as clean as you found it! You will need to bring your own towels for outdoor use and the pool. Generally we look for a minimum stay of 4 nights in low season, and 7 nights during high season. But why not contact us and we'll see what we can do?
We ask for a deposit of 20% to secure the booking, then the full amount 6 weeks before your stay. At this time the deposit is retained as a security damage deposit, and is then returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.
Yes, we include the electricity for the heating but we would also ask you to be a little more "green", and think about whether windows should be left open with the heating on!
We do accept pets, but only by prior agreement. There is a €40 cleaning fee per stay.
